Shipping is by Canada post Expedited Parcel or Small Packet international. Shipping insurance is included in the price of shipping and is mandatory. We will ship within 3 business days of receiving payment but usually the next day.  Shipping is combined on multiple items. We have no control over the shipping prices or the delivery time.

We will accept returns on all items for any reason so long as they are in the original package and in new condition. Returns must be made within 15 days of the purchase date.  In the event that the return is necessary due to an error on our part, we will pay for return shipping costs.  If not, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

Ottawa Valley Tackle stands by it's products. Manufacturer's warranty will be honored by us and, if necessary, we will assist with warranty settlement. Original, dated sales receipts are generally required for processing these claims.
